Raw browser analytics
Order records support checkout, fulfillment, returns, and customer service. Optional browsing analytics is separate, first party, and off until a visitor allows it.
Checkout, account, shipping, and support information may include name, email, address, order contents, and support messages.
Data is used to process orders, handle shipping, respond to support questions, prevent fraud, and improve the storefront experience.
Card entry and payment details are handled by Stripe during checkout. IKZEE's storefront and analytics records do not store raw card numbers.
If you allow analytics, the browser sends a strict set of shopping-step, performance, and error categories to an IKZEE endpoint and IKZEE's own backend. This includes normalized page and action labels, bounded counts and timings, and coarse device, browser, and referral categories. IKZEE does not use an advertising analytics network for these events.
Analytics does not include typed form content, support messages, email, shipping or billing addresses, card or payment details, full URLs or query strings, or raw customer, account, cart, order, and payment identifiers. The analytics application does not use or store source IP addresses.
Analytics uses a random session identifier that expires after 30 minutes and is not a permanent visitor ID. Raw browser analytics is deleted or irreversibly aggregated after 30 days. Real order and transaction records are kept separately for fulfillment, support, fraud prevention, tax, and other legitimate store operations.
Optional analytics is off by default and can be refused or withdrawn without affecting checkout. IKZEE does not sell or share these analytics events. As a conservative product choice, a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal also keeps optional analytics off.
